Please click on Auto Scan while the Maxisys Table is recording the data files and send the the log files so they can check where the problem is.......

As you are 100% sure the 4.81 Version did work on same vehicle so there must be some bug in this new software...............

What's the vehicle model, year and VIN No.? Please let us more information about this car, and collect a datalog to report us.

 nissan does seem to be poor now i have tried a few with not much success...

 Sometimes you got to wonder if  Autel's strategy  is to always have at least one OE make's software to  be in the Crapper at any given time  like a Power grid having rolling Black outs for power, what ever reason whether it's is to comply to remove certain functions in contention  with OE manufacturers in  a court room before a given date and then  later , be able to call the repair patches to restore the lost functions a new update, so folk always have a reason to keep their subs current , I have no idea why , does anyone else have a better idea?
